About the Institute

Readiness is the work that happens before the solicitation.

C3PI Institute, Inc. exists so that corporations, foundations, primes, and institutions can fund small business readiness as a tax-deductible charitable contribution rather than a procurement line item. Readiness is the work that happens before a solicitation: getting a firm documented, positioned, and credible enough to compete. That work rarely has a budget line of its own, so it rarely gets funded. The Institute exists to change that.

Why the Institute Exists

• Opens corporate giving and community investment budgets
• Enables sponsorship of named seats and named populations
• Creates eligibility for workforce and business development grants restricted to nonprofit applicants
• Gives the readiness research a permanent home and an ongoing publication function

Our Status

C3PI Institute, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation incorporated in the State of Georgia and recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, built to give readiness research a permanent, ongoing home: measured, published, and available to the institutions and firms that need it.
