These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website, assessments, publications, and programs offered by C3PI Institute, Inc. (collectively, the Services). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
The Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and, where applicable, who are acting on behalf of an organization with authority to do so. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts
Certain assessments or program materials may require you to submit contact information or create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for safeguarding any credentials associated with it. Notify us promptly at info@c3pi.org if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. Without limitation, you may not: interfere with or disrupt the Services or their underlying systems; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data; submit false or misleading information in an assessment; use the Services to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services, including assessment instruments, scoring frameworks, research, written materials, graphics, and the selection and arrangement of content, are owned by C3PI Institute, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your own internal and organizational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written permission. Any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or obligation.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Assessment results, research, and program materials are informational and are not legal, tax, accounting, procurement, or investment advice. We do not warrant that use of the Services will result in any contract, award, grant, funding outcome, or business result. You should consult your own advisors before acting on any information obtained through the Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, C3PI Institute, Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last updated date above. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
